You can also contact the seller directly via in-app chat for fitment queries.
UsedCarSpare lists both genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts removed from vehicles and quality aftermarket alternatives. Each listing specifies whether the part is OEM or aftermarket, along with its condition (Used – Good, Used – Fair, Refurbished). Always read the full listing description before buying.
Sellers are required to accurately describe the part's condition and upload clear photos. Parts listed as 'Refurbished' have been tested and restored to working order. You can also check the seller's rating and review history. If a part is not as described, our 7-day return policy protects you.
Yes! You can use the in-app chat to message sellers directly and negotiate. However, all final transactions must be completed through the platform to ensure buyer protection.

We accept all major payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (available in select pin codes). Payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways for your security.
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes across India. The COD option will appear at checkout if your delivery address qualifies. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹49 may apply.
Sellers are required to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Yes, you can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Go to My Orders → Select the order → Cancel Order. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; please use our returns process instead.
First, check your tracking link for the latest status. If the estimated delivery date has passed, contact our support team via chat or email at support@usedcarspare.com with your order ID. We'll liaise with the courier and seller to resolve it.
You can return a part within 7 days of delivery if it is significantly different from the description, defective/damaged on arrival, or incompatible with the vehicle specified in your order. Parts that have been installed or are returned without prior approval are not eligible. See our full Shipping & Returns Policy for details.
Please report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos via My Orders → Request Return. Select 'Wrong Item' or 'Damaged on Arrival'. Our team will review and approve a return/replacement within 24–48 hours. We'll arrange pickup if it's our error.
Once your returned part is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI and wallet refunds may be faster (1–3 days). Bank transfers for COD orders take 5–7 business days.
If the listing was accurate and the part matches the description, buyer-error returns are at the seller's discretion. We encourage you to contact the seller via chat first. If the seller agrees, you can initiate a return; however, return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer in this case.
Download the UsedCarSpare Vendor App (available on App Store and Google Play) or register via our website. Complete the KYC process (Aadhaar/PAN/business registration), add your bank account for payouts, and start listing your parts. Approval typically takes 1–2 business days.
We charge a platform commission on each successful sale (rates vary by category — typically 5–12%). There are no listing fees or monthly subscriptions. Detailed commission rates are available in your Seller Dashboard after registration.
Payments are settled to your registered bank account within 7 business days of successful order delivery. The payout includes the part price minus platform commission and any applicable taxes.
Yes. UsedCarSpare is designed for exactly this use case. Ensure all parts are accurately described with their condition, sourced legally, and not under any safety recall or court order. Parts from stolen vehicles are strictly prohibited.
Yes! The UsedCarSpare app is available for both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). The app lets you browse and buy parts, track orders, chat with sellers, and manage your account on the go. Download links are available on our homepage.
On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password' and enter your registered email or mobile number. You'll receive an OTP or reset link. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact support.
You can request account deletion by emailing privacy@usedcarspare.com or via Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. Please note that active orders must be completed before deletion. We retain transaction records for 7 years as required by law.
