Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders ₹999 and above.
• Orders below ₹999: flat shipping fee of ₹79 – ₹149 depending on weight and destination.
• Bulky items (engine blocks, axles, etc.) may carry additional freight charges displayed at checkout.

2. Processing Time

• Sellers are required to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Timelines

* Timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to logistics delays, weather, or high demand periods.

4. Order Tracking

You can track your order in real time via your account dashboard or using the tracking link sent to your registered email/SMS. For unresolved tracking issues, contact our support team.

5. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After that, the package is returned to the seller and a re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct.

Returns & Refunds Policy

6. Return Window

You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the return meets the eligibility criteria below.

7. Eligible Returns

• Part received is significantly different from the listing description.
• Part is broken, damaged, or defective on arrival (report within 48 hours with photos).
• Part is incompatible with the vehicle make/model/year specified in your order.
• Wrong item was sent.

8. Non-Eligible Returns

• Part was correctly described and matches the listing but you changed your mind.
• Damage caused by improper installation or misuse.
• Parts that have been installed or modified after receipt.
• Electrical components (sensors, ECUs, alternators, etc.) that have been powered on without a proper electrical test — please test compatibility before installation.
• Items returned beyond the 7-day window without prior approval.

9. How to Initiate a Return

1. Go to My Orders in your account dashboard.
2. Select the order and click "Request Return".
3. Select the reason and upload clear photos of the part received.
4. Our team reviews your request within 24–48 hours.
5. If approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible claims) or instructions to drop off the part.

10. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, or bank account).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer (provide IFSC and account number in your return request).

11. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please use the returns process instead.
• Sellers may cancel an order if the part is no longer available. Full refund is issued immediately.
